My name is Sandra Diamond – most know me as “Rev. Sandy.”
It is both an honor and a privilege to share my thoughts ideas and stories of “Mental Health Matters” in this community of the heart that we are creating within the Standing Tall Igniting Hope organization.
In this column, we will explore various aspects approaches and ideas about mental health, what it is, how we define it in our lives, our communities – and possibly even our world! We’ll explore how we know when mental health is “missing”, and the many ways we can effect positive change.
